It DIDN"T Rain on Our Parade!

Well, a year ago I started my blog with the first post being about the 4th of July parade that got rained out!  So happy 1 year blogging to me!  This year, it didn't rain...it poured HEAT!  Even though Mommy and Daddy were sweating like crazy everyone had a great time!  Our friends joined us and we all rode together!

The best thing about our neighborhood parade is that you don't have to go all out on the "float".  Here a brother and sister simply taped some July 4th paper plates on themselves and were ready to ride their Razors!  Love it!

At the end of the parade route, they have popsicles for the kids to enjoy and water for the adults to cool off!  Popsicles being one of the staples of Hayes' diet, this was like eating breakfast for him!

The precious LeBrie twins enjoying their popsicles too!  They were the fist ones to the finish area, which meant that Mitzi got to run the parade!!
