This was the first peek that we got to see of our sweet little "it"! I don't think I ever began to imagine all the love that would come!
OH BOY... on September 8th, 2008 (Ryan's birthday) we discovered if it was a he or a she! One of my wonderful friends wrapped up the sonogram gender results using a jersey if it was a boy or a cheerleading outfit if it were a girl. Here is what we opened up!
And on January 26, 2009 (during an ice storm!) Hayes Lane Venk came into our lives!

Then all of a sudden, he is 1! Where did the time go?!
Now another 12 months later...our little man is 2!
What an amazing adventure to be Hayes' mommy! Everyday is filled with so much love and joy. Our family is so blessed with him in our lives.
